care for your chrislyn clay pottery
Our ceramics are formed with stoneware and lead-free glaze fired to cone 6. Rest assured, all of our products are chemical free and are safe to serve and eat from. Our ceramics are also dishwasher, microwave, and oven-safe—this means all Chrislyn Clay ceramics are safe to use for you and your family. Please be aware they are not to be used on the stove or over an open flame.
Each of our vessels is handmade to be used for dining purposes with practicality in mind. Even though we hand-make our products with beauty and elegance in mind, you may still treat our pottery like any other tableware. Please heat and cool your ceramics gradually to avoid thermal shock, do not use for food storage, and avoid freezing your Chrislyn Clay pieces. This will preserve longevity and allow for optimum enjoyment. Cheers!
shipping and timeline
When can I expect to receive my order? At this time the majority of our products are made to order. In-stock items will ship within 7 business days. Allow 4 weeks for wholesale or bulk orders. If you are short on time, send an email to hello@chrislynclay.com and we will see what options are available to meet your needs! Domestic orders usually arrive within one week of shipping; International orders, once shipped, generally take 3-4 weeks.
What if something in my order broke during shipping? Any breakage in shipment must be reported to Chrislyn Clay within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Please email Customer Service (hello@chrislynclay.com) with your transaction number or packing slip number and a photo of the breakage. Once we have this information we will begin working diligently to get you your replacement product!
warranties, returns, and exchanges
We warranty our ceramics for one year from purchase for proven defects in manufacture. If you encounter issues with your product, please email at hello@chrislynclay.com with the details of the issue and we will work towards a solution.
All sales are final. We create based on your orders. If you are not satisfied with your product, email us with the issue and we can discuss another option.
